Jeanine was ordained through the National Association of Christian Ministers in 2009. She is passionate about prayer, praise, and pointing others to Jesus. She believes in living an authentic, transparent life and is dedicated to helping grow disciples for Jesus Christ.
“Finding a favorite verse is hard since scripture is so rich with promises, but if I had to pick one to rest on, it would be Romans 8:31-39.”
Jeanine is an accomplished vocalist and songwriter, and has cherished and stored up music in her heart since a very early age. Every life situation is a song resonating in her head and heart. If you ask her a favorite song, be prepared to listen for hours. She finds it hard to rest on just one. There are two songs however that she seems to always circle around and come back to. The first is a song she wrote out of her burden in knowing that so many people feel Christ cannot accept them just as they are. She wrote Crucified Hero in hopes of sharing the truth of Christ’s love for all people. The second is a song that ministered to her as a young Christian who was deeply hurting and struggling to find hope and meaning. The moment she heard the words “Tender Reed, although you’re so fragile, tender reed, although you’ve been bruised, the Tender Hand that grew you from a seed will be all the strength that you need.” It was in that tender moment that the Spirit of the Living God embraced her heart and set her on the course she is on today.
Jeanine is also a photographer and adores dogs. (Ask her about her dog Honey sometime). She has been married for 33 years to her best friend and cheerleader, Paul. Together they have two incredible adult friends, a son and a daughter. They have one grandson who is a beacon of joy, laughter, and fun and three Sheba Inu grand dogs. Paul & Jeanine also have a sweet German Shepherd pup and plan on raising up a second as a FOG Dog. Jeanine’s philosophy, “You can never have too many German Shepherds.”
“I have the joy and privilege of working with God’s amazing people, sharing His grace and truths, leading worship to our God, hanging out with some incredible canine’s in our FOG DOG ministry and even getting to take photos to boot! God is good; Salvation is great!”

Paul is a skilled craftsman, having owned and operated an architectural millwork/ woodworking design company for over 30-years. His years of business knowledge make him a perfect addition to the Fields of Grace leadership team. Paul has been walking with the Lord for many years, having spent countless hours as a young boy watching Billy Graham on television with his Dad. He is currently a regional manager working in the Health, Life, Medicare supplement insurance industry. Paul has also served as a sound technician for every ministry Jeanine has been involved in since 1984 and continues to serve in this capacity today. He lives his life resting in the promise of Christ’s return, being a strong, silent presence in ministry and genuinely caring for others. His laugh is infectious and his calm joy evident. Paul brings a spiritual maturity and focused vision to the team. Revelation 4:1-11 and Revelation 21:1-8 especially speaks to Paul as a strong reminder of the majesty and promise of the Lord and His worthiness. Paul particularly likes the songs Leave Me Astounded and What a Beautiful Name.

Ever since Deb was a little girl, she’s cared for and wanted to encourage others; “I believe it’s something that has been instilled in me by the Holy Spirit.” Deb is blessed to have been raised in a wonderful Christian home, with caring, loving parents and family who love the Lord. She has always sensed great contentment in serving others and experiencing true J.O.Y. by putting Jesus first, Others second and Your(her)self last.
One of her favorite Scripture passages is Numbers 6:24-26, as it is a blessing to be shared with others. Deb loves children, having 3 of her own, as well as 4 precious grandchildren! Deb has been an early childhood professional most of her adult life. She also managed women’s clothing stores and loves fashion. In her spare time, she creates beautiful jewelry pieces where she can use her creativity and eye for detail. Deb was born in England, however moved to America as young girl. She is a naturalized American citizen and so proud of it! “We live in the best country in the world! May God continue to bless America!”

Dave accepted Christ as a young boy at camp. His home church growing up was a Northern Baptist Church in Wilmette, IL. Dave is the father of three children who were raised in Vernon Hills, IL, where Dave still lives. He loves dogs and anything that involves nature, especially being on or near water. Dave’s Life Verses are Philippians 4:13 and Proverbs 3:5-6. Joseph is, by far, his favorite biblical character. Dave lives his life according to Proverbs 3:5-6, leaning not on his own understanding but in all his ways acknowledge Christ and His presence in the life of each believer. The most meaningful phrase to Dave is “HE owns it all”.
Chris accepted Christ’s invitation to join His family the night before her 30th birthday. She has had the privilege to serve in several ministries over the years. She served for 21 years on the Tanner Trails Church leadership team in Aurora, IL, holding various ministry positions. She began as a co-leader and advanced to lead teacher for both Junior High and Senior High youth groups. She also taught Sunday school for 21 years. In 1998 she was asked to take the leadership of the ladies Bible study group at church and continues leading that group today at her home church in Aurora, IL. Chris has been given the gift of encouragement along with humor and positivity. She’s referred to as bubbly with a loud laugh, maybe slightly silly sometimes, and a jewelry (costume) lover. She enjoys laughing, interacting with people, praying with and lifting them up and looking for the joy and blessing in situations. Chris and Chuck have been married for 38 years, have 2 adult children and are blessed with 6 lights of joy, their grandchildren.
Chris has encouraged her students and ladies to memorize a life verse, one that they can easily recall to find strength and comfort in at all times. She has several, but the one that carried her through a horrible time and remains to be her stronghold is Jeremiah 29:11-13, followed by Psalm 46:10.
Chris believes prayer is a spiritual weapon and an important part of the armor that God has given each of us. Prayer is available anytime, giving confidence, protection, and comfort to all who draw near to the Lord. “Come near to God and He will come near to you.” James 4:8
